We strive to all tours/retreats and sessions as scheduled yet reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in case of illness, natural disaster or other unforeseeable circumstances. In the case we cancel or reschedule any event the customer can choose either a full refund or to take credit for future events. We do not make recompense for lost air tickets or other bookings but will do our best to help arrange alternative plans travel where possible.

We will refund 80% of retreat fees for cancellations made within 45 days or more days of the start of any retreat/tours or session and 20% credit for future bookings.. Cancellations made between 45 days and 30 days receive 60% refund and a 40% credit for future bookings of tours/ retreats/sessions. Cancellation of bookings made less than 30 days before the start of a tour or retreat will receive a 20% refund and 80% credit for future bookings.

all prices are inclusive of tax, handling costs etc.

Credit card and PayPal payments are processed immediately.

Bookings close 7 days prior to the commencement of the retreat or when fully booked in which notification will be made via our site and social media.

A maximum of 16 guests will be accepted for thie Autumn Equinox Retreat 2024
