Seeking the ultimate drives everything I do, even if often it might not look so!

For me the perfection and , corny as it sounds is to be found through daily life. Whether it be working on a project, hiking or dancing with my hippie friends in outdoor festivals. I’m all about sharing what works and love the idea of cost performance. It could be a really awesome tent or a short breathwork technique if it is simple and effective you’re gonna think I’m getting a commision on it for the gusto with which i deliver my speil!

I love people and being around them in numbers yet I spend way to much time just with my dog finding or enjoying the incredible nature that I always find myself blessed to be living near.

I’m not comfortable in the teacher role but shine when I can be a friend helping you on your path with tools that will likely make it smoother.
